Is CopoFi a mortgage advisor or a lender?

CopoFi is a mortgage advisor that works with specialist lenders to get you a mortgage that you deserve. The founders are working to launch a lending solution under its own right to better service the customers, however this will be under a new brand name as soon as the lending infrastructure is ready.

Why can’t I use my regular mortgage professional?

CopoFi are specialists in holiday let and serviced accommodation finance. Unlike other mortgage professionals whose main business is residential and traditional BTL, ours is niche and focussed. When other provide no service or an highly expensive service, we deliver value.

What is the maximum loan amount that you would advance?

We know that many of our customer’s properties will be in desirable areas within the UK which could mean high valuations and large loan balances. We are working with our finance partners to provide lending to multi million-pound properties. For very high valuation properties we would need to assess on a case by case basis what the appropriate advance rate could be.
